Georgetown at Perimeter Walk

The Georgetown at Perimeter Walk is an 88-dwelling residential community located in Dunwoody, Georgia, a close-in suburb of Atlanta, Georgia

Completed in January 2008, this condominium community consists of one, two, and three-bedroom luxury stacked-flat townhomes across 11 four-story buildings with tuck-under parking. Interior features include: hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry with 42-inch uppers, undermount sinks, kitchen island, tumbled marble backsplash, under cabinet lighting, panty, master baths with separate tub and shower, double vanities, and spacious closets with closet systems.

Centrally located at the top of Atlanta’s I-285 Perimeter near the intersection of Crown Pointe Parkway and Perimeter Center West, the community is less than a mile east of GA 400 (a limited access road serving the central and north metro area) and less than 1.5-miles north of I-285. The community is linked to the significant employment areas of Atlanta. Georgetown is within the Central Perimeter business district, the largest central business district in the Atlanta Metro area. The Medical Center Complex (including Northside Hospital, Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Neurosurgery-Scottish Rite Hospital) is within 2 miles of Georgetown, while the Downtown central business district is just 6 miles to the south.
