Construction of The Lofts at Old Tennessee, a 208-dwelling urban low-rise multifamily community with 19,000 square feet of street-level retail, will begin the during third quarter of 2021.
Located in Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia, the asset will consist of one and two-bedroom loft homes.
