Construction of The Reserve at Battery Creek, a 216-dwelling multifamily community, began in Q2 2022.

One Stone Realty sourced and acquired the development land, entitled the site for the proposed multifamily project and achieved Design Review Board approval. Subsequently, the land was sold as a shovel-ready project with complete construction plans and all development permits in-place.
