The Reserve at LaVista Walk

The Reserve at LaVista Walk is a 283-dwelling residential rental community located in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in July 2008, the asset consists of one, two, and three-bedroom luxury homes in two, four- and five-story elevator-serviced buildings.

Interior features include: hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, panty, washer and dryer in every dwelling, attractive lighting and plumbing fixtures, and spacious closets.

As part of the LaVista Walk mixed-use community, The Reserve includes a shared 471-space parking garage, lap and lounge swimming pools, outdoor living room with grilling area, state-of-the-art-fitness, cybercafé, and gated vehicular entrances.

Centrally located inside Atlanta’s I-285 Perimeter near the intersection of Cheshire Road and LaVista Road, the community is one-half mile south of the Interstate-85/Lenox Road interchange and across LaVista Road from a grocery-anchored shopping center. The community is linked to the significant employment areas of Atlanta. Emory University, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the office districts of Midtown and Buckhead are each within 3 miles of The Residences, while the Downtown central business district is just 5 miles to the south.

As Development Project Manager for Atlantic Realty Partners, Joe Mackey led permitting, construction monitoring and asset management as owner’s representative throughout construction of the community and initial marketing and lease-up.
