The Residences at LaVista Walk is a 28-dwelling residential community located in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in April 2009, this condominium community consists of one, two, and three-bedroom luxury stacked-flat townhomes across two four-story buildings with tuck-under parking. As Development Project Manager for Atlantic Realty Partners, Joe Mackey led permitting, construction monitoring and asset management as owner’s representative throughout construction of the community and final sale of each home.
